Save a Child's Heart

Heartfelt Courage

Save a Child’s Heart is an international non-profit organisation with a worldwide mission to improve paediatric cardiac care for children in developing countries and create centers of competence around the world. In 25 years, our medical team members have carried out over 100 medical missions, trained more than 135 new medical professionals and saved over 6000 children from 63 countries.

During the medical missions where children are screened and diagnosed, these children are brought to the International Paediatric Cardiac Center in Tel Aviv for lifesaving cardiac procedures by the medical team. The children and their caregivers are housed at the Children’s Home during this  time away from their family. It is a warm place filled with laughter.

In 2018, Save a Child’s Heart’s was awarded with the prestigious United Nations Population Award in New York.
